CALCULATOR / VERSION 3.0.0
Useful numbers. Visible assumptions.
The audit helps choose a workflow to investigate. It does not predict revenue or certify that automation will pay for itself.
Your records come first.
Values are labelled as your estimates, your measured records or illustrative assumptions. We have not independently audited them. Workload figures are required. Financial values and spare job capacity can be explicitly marked unknown; affected financial outputs are then labelled “Not calculated yet” with a measurement action. Unknown is never treated as zero. Your best estimate is fine, and zero is a valid answer. Quote value can be entered as a total or as an average. We never substitute an industry average for missing data.
The calculations
- Eligible gap: relevant records minus those already handled reliably.
- Admin workload: eligible gap × minutes per record ÷ 60, or the monthly task hours you supplied. These two methods are not added together for the same task.
- Time illustration: workload × the removable share you choose. Freed time is not an automatic payroll saving.
- Open quote value: your exact total, or valid quote count × average value. This is current backlog, not monthly or lost revenue.
- Booking time at risk: unrecovered disrupted visits × reported wasted minutes. Not all disruption is preventable.
- Additional-job illustration: your chosen jobs, limited to the eligible gap and your entered spare capacity for the same job type. Revenue and contribution use your own relevant values, before ARKOZ fees.
What we deliberately do not calculate
No generic missed-call conversion rate, recall uplift or trade margin is inserted. There is no combined annual savings total, artificial health score or default ROI claim. Voice, new enquiries and quotes may describe overlapping opportunities, so we keep their figures separate. Use the job values and spare capacity for the same group of work; for a mixture, enter a representative average.
How a recommendation is chosen
Existing reliable processes are retained. Selection order never affects the result. A workflow with a reported gap ready for review comes before one requiring record or ownership checks. If your objective is less office chasing and both workflows have usable monthly office hours, the larger workload is reviewed first and the comparison is shown. Equal or missing hours produce two candidates. Other objectives can involve different periods, customer groups and outcomes, so two eligible workflows are shown as candidates rather than ranked by incomparable record counts. Their display order is fixed and does not imply a winner. Current workload is not a forecast of removable time or financial return. Missing ownership, invalid quotes or unchecked recall eligibility lead to a check before implementation; the entered figures remain visible as provisional. Smaller teams and other sectors still receive their findings and can explore suitability in a 20-minute conversation. Delivery readiness is separate and never used to force a voice-pilot recommendation. A process gap does not establish that a paid service is justified. For Voice, we disclose the £749 monthly starting price plus implementation and usage; even the largest possible additional-job scenario is only a bound, not a prediction. Existing tools, operational benefits and a realistic outcome need reviewing before a purchase.
The pilot
The current offer is one selected voice workflow, setup and scenario testing, then 14 days of controlled live use, with 250 combined test/live minutes included. From £750, with £500 credited towards an agreed production implementation if you continue. The initial destination is an existing office inbox. Other workflows and native CRM integrations require separate assessment and scope.
